1. How soon can I get my ticket? ^ Top
A copy or a link to your e-ticket will immediately be sent to your email once the reservation is completed and paid for.
2. What is an e-ticket? ^ Top
An e-ticket is an online record or document which is officially recognized as an electronic equivalent of a multi-layered paper airline ticket. Your e-ticket will contain your itinerary, your locator number (record locator) and e-ticket number which you will be able to print out.

An e-ticket is also more convenient that a conventional paper ticket because information on it is always current and is constantly updated. You will be able to check if there are any changes in flight plans, refunds and ticket restrictions, as well as avail of extra services like early check-in.
3. Will I be able to cancel or refund my ticket? ^ Top
Tickets are usually non-refundable, however, we can assist in providing you details in case you encounter any problems with your purchase.
4. Is there a difference between First Class and Business Class? ^ Top
Yes. First class accommodations afford you the pinnacle of travel comfort. A lot of airlines include limousine service to and from the airport, and usually you can check into a lounge or terminal solely for use of First Class ticket holders.

Meal service are par excellence. You will be attended to at a personal level and offered a menu which even can even include lobster tail and caviar, along with an extensive wine list. Seats are very comfortable and can even lie completely flat. You can also have your own private space in Suite or Cradle configurations, with seat pitch exceeding 200cm. Business class customers are also treated to quality check-in lounges where they can get Internet access, drinks and meals. The menu is a notch higher than what Economy class has to offer and you can even pre-order a meal before flight. Seats are not "lie-flat", but can nevertheless recline up to near 170 degrees and has a seat pitch of 91cm. Business Class tickets are more affordable than First Class tickets.
5. How early would I need to arrive before my flight? ^ Top
It would be best to arrive around 90 before your flight.
6. Will I be able to check into the First and Business class lounge, as well as     Express Luggage check in? ^ Top
Yes, you will be able to enjoy the same benefits provided to other Business and First Class travelers.
7. Can I make a reservation even without making a deposit first? ^ Top
We can reserve your ticket for a maximum of three days, but in most cases this will largely depend on the policy of the airline.
8. When would be the best time to book my flight? ^ Top
Most of the time seats will still be available even as late as the day before departure. However, it is advised that you book your flight as early as possible for more availabilities.
9. Will I still be qualified to earn miles and points on these flights? ^ Top
Most ticket classes we sell do not qualify for the airline frequent flyer program, however you do qualify for our rewards program.

While most of the ticket classes we offer are not included in airline frequent flyer programs, we do have a rewards program which you are certainly eligible for.     

* Please be reminded that tickets, once issued, are non refundable. These, however, can be changed up to 12 months after issue date.
* While name changes are not allowed, date and time can be changed only after the trip has started.
* Date changes are subject to award availability and can carry a penalty of up to $200 USD, with $200 being the maximum amount. We can get a discount for this amount or have it waived altogether, depending on the airline. Processing fees apply.
